What is the importance of SWOT analysis? The fourth spiritual discipline practiced by biblically based managers is silence and solitude. Solitude is the practice of spending time alone without distraction. Silence is being quiet with nothing in the background. Solitude and silence allow the business leader to stop and think. This world is plagued by frenetic activity. Few leaders take ample time to stop and think through their plans and activities. When you take time to be alone in silence, you can meditate through God’s Word and evaluate past, present and future circumstances and events relevant to your organization. The main advantage of the entrepreneurial business structure is the ability to make decisions quickly. Without lengthy meetings and discussions, or proposals sat waiting for approval, decisions can be made pretty much instantly and changes put into place. This allows businesses to quickly adapt to any change in market conditions. It is also a leadership style which is used by governments in emergencies, with virtually all countries having laws in place which allow legislation to bypass parliament or equivalent bodies and be enacted when speed and response time is top priority.

Christianity has the largest following among world religions, with more than. 1.8 billion peoplee9. While there are many significant groups within Christianity the major ones are Catholicism and Protestantism. A prominent difference between the two of them is the attitude toward making money. While Catholicism has questioned it the protestant ethic has emphasized the importance of work and the accumulation of wealth for the glory of God. It has been proposed that this is the basis for the development of capitalism in the Western world, and the rise of predominantly Protestant countries into the world economic leadership in the 20th century10.
